Refund policy

At NOLA Studio SA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box
• Have all tags and protective materials intact
• Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• A different size (subject to availability)
• A different colour or style (if available)

If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit or refund where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged or defective item
• The incorrect product
• The incorrect size due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing fault, NOLA Studio SA will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
